This coastal property in Takapuna was painted with PaintPlus HiBuild 200 for to give a great even finish, covering surface fissures in the cementitious substrate.
Surface Preparation

All loose material and contaminants must be removed
Clean substrates using a water blaster or soft broom and hose to remove accumulated airborne contaminants, poorly adhering paint and loose substrate particles. -
Make good surface damage or imperfections
Fill all cracks and nail holes with appropriate filling compound. -
Previously painted enamel and polyurethane
Lightly sand to remove gloss and clean with a lint free cloth.
