Surface Preparation
- All loose material and contaminants must be removed.
Clean substrates using a water blaster or soft broom and hose to remove accumulated airborne contaminants, poorly adhering paint and loose substrate particles. - Make good surface damage or imperfections.
Fill all cracks and nail holes with appropriate filling compound. - Previously Painted Enamel and Polyurethane -
Lightly sand to remove gloss and clean with a lint free cloth.
Prep Coat

Prime bare areas with Quick Prep. -
Galvanised Iron Cladding, ColourSteel, Galvanised Roller Doors and Zincalume -
Treat corroded areas with a premium zinc-based rust remover, prime bare areas with Galv Coat. -
Cementious Cladding, Concrete Block Concrete, Stucco and Solid Plaster -
Prime bare areas with Masonry Sealer. -
PVC Spouting and Downpipes -
Prime bare areas with Quick Prep.
Top Coat

Apply two coats of HiGuard. - Cementious Cladding, Concrete Block and Concrete -
Apply two coats of HiGuard. - Stucco and Solid Plaster -
Apply two coats of HiBuild 200. - Galvanised Iron Cladding, ColourSteel, Galvanised Roller Doors and Zincalume -
Apply two coats of HiGuard. - Timber Doors and Windows -
Apply two coats of ArmourGuard. - PVC Spouting and Downpipes -
Apply two coats of HiGuard.
